The Registered Medical Equipment Vendor

• Is a licensed vendor of medical and rehabilitation equipment who has registered with Ability Found.
• Must have experience and expertise with the equipment in which they sell.
• All equipment purchased by Ability Found is done so through Registered Medical Equipment Vendors.

Registered Medical Equipment Vendor's Responsibilities

• Consults with the registered service provider in selecting the most appropriate equipment to meet the client's needs.
• Provides Ability Found with the best possible price for the recommended equipment.
• Upon approval from Ability Found orders the specified equipment and related services.
• Delivers, fits and helps the registered service provider train the client in the use of the equipment.
• Returns the signed Equipment Evaluation and Placement Form with a photo, client letter and invoice.
• Provides reasonable services and adjustments to ensure the equipment is working as needed.
