My name is Taib iskandar, a Malaysia citizen who come to the United States to get a treatment for my daughter while making a living on small income. My daughter, Balqis, the first child out of six siblings, suffers from cerebral palsy. She is 11 years old. She was born normal but with severe congenital heart problem (tetralogy of fallot). At 6-month, she got seizure due to heart conditions and thereafter suffer brain injury which leads to cerebral palsy. She is offered a treatment at Therapies4kids, a treatment center for disable children located at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida. The doctor who have seen her there mentioned that she has a great potential to improve with the treatment offered.

Balqis needs to be given the chance to get the treatment for her to be able to walk and talk. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to pay for her treatment which costs $10,000 a month for I only get $1800 a month, living in Miami with 6 children to support. I really hope you donation can help me giving her the chance to improve and enjoy life better for one day I my self may not be strong enough to care for her if her condition remains.PLease help us..
